The director is responsible for performances, pacing, and overall intent. They work with the cinematographer on the look, with the production designer on the world, and with the video editor on the cut. What to send a director
Even on a one-day shoot, send references, must-have shots, brand rules, and what “done” looks like. Hire people who have finished work in the same format: film director, ads director, or music-video director are overlapping but not identical searches.
Producers lock budget, schedule, locations, and crew. If you need both creative lead and logistics, look at director and producer profiles, or a small creative team that already works together.
