A studio gives you grip points, power, and fewer surprises. On location (streets, heritage, mountains, someone’s house) gives you production value and takes it away with crowds, weather, and permissions. Music videos in Nepal often mix both: interiors in a studio or residency, exteriors in Kathmandu or Pokhara.
If you book a studio, you still need lights, a gaffer, and often a photographer or DP. If you book outdoors, add time for recce, a producer, and maybe a drone operator. CineGrid locations, freelancer directories, and rentals are meant to be used together.
